Have lived here for the past couple of months and just renewed my lease again! Charlotte and Troy are always quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns and have worked with me extensively. Maintenance is quick to action and does a phenomenal job. Next time you are looking for an apartment, this is it!

Stanley House :) This was our first apartment, and though we don't have a lot to base this review on (lol), we had a great experience at Stanley House. All the leasing agents, maintenance, and cleaners are extremely friendly, and helpful. All of our concerns, emails, and questions were addressed and resolved within 1-2 days. Building was always clean, staff always had something fun going on for the residents, and amenities were always available. Very good location, always felt safe, and easy access to Stanley Marketplace was a plus! Overall, a great experience!

Troy and Charlotte are amazing property managers, always putting together cool little events. Eric and Alex are some of the fastest and most friendly maintenance crews I've ever worked with. Thanks for all the hard work guys!
